Players who want to push for maximum aggression on the smash might still prefer more weight up top, a trade-off already flagged in our first video look at the racket.
Durability
We played it exactly as it arrived — no top protector fitted — through weeks that included hard smashes, worn balls, fatigue across long tournament days, and more than a few risky balls sent into the glass and side walls. It came through clean, with no sign of the frame losing its edge. That’s weeks of real use, not a full season, so we’re treating Padelsmith’s second-season durability promise as unconfirmed for now and plan to revisit this once we’ve had it longer.
